Important Policies

I want my tables to feel welcoming, fair, and transparent. Below are the policies for billing, skipping sessions, and cancellations so everyone knows what to expect.

𝐁𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐀𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐬
•    Your first charge is deducted automatically when you purchase your plan.
•    After that, your billing date is automatically aligned with your scheduled game day for your convenience.
•    This means:
              - You’re never charged for a session you don’t attend (with proper notice).
               - Your billing cycle and your play cycle always match.
•    You’ll see your billing date reflected in your Player Portal under Subscriptions.

𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
•    If you can’t make a session, you can skip by using the Cancel option in your Player Portal.
•    Please give at least 48 hours’ notice so I can pause your subscription charge.
•    Skips made inside 48 hours are considered non-refundable no-shows.

𝐍𝐨-𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐰𝐬
If you don’t give 48 hours’ notice and don’t attend, the session is considered a no-show. Charges are not paused or refunded, except in genuine emergencies (illness, family emergency, etc.).

𝐐𝐮𝐨𝐫𝐮𝐦 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭
For a session to run, there must be at least two players present. This minimum is called a quorum. If a quorum isn’t met within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session will be canceled.
•    Players who showed up will not be charged for that session.
•    Players who were absent are considered no-shows.

𝐆𝐌 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
If I ever need to cancel a session, I’ll give at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. You’ll be notified via Discord and email, and your charge for that session will be paused.

𝐄𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
Life happens. Illness, internet outages, and power failures can lead to a canceled session. In these cases, I may have to cancel on short notice. If that happens, your charge for that session will be paused as if it were a normal GM cancellation, or refunded if the charge has already processed.

Sometimes the group may prefer to postpone if a pivotal player is absent or circumstances make the game less enjoyable. This is called a cancellation by consensus, and it requires a majority vote.
•    If most players agree to cancel, the session will not run.
•    Players who voted to postpone are still charged for that session (since the game could have continued).
•    Players who voted to continue will not be charged for that session.
